Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving: Lead all inbound/outbound logistics and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock locations in PENCOM and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Clerical Support: Manage phones, filing, and shipping records with high attention to detail.
- Production: Perform customer kitting and assembly as needed.
- Quality & Maintenance: Report non-conforming products and maintain a clean, safe warehouse (sweeping, trash removal).
- Communication: Prepare reports and correspond professionally with clients and management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- strong customer service and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and business documents.
