- Asset Preparation: Manually process high volumes of physical assets by ensuring they are completely and cleanly prepared for scanning and digital verification.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual inspections of processed materials to verify that all necessary codes and data are fully visible and readable for automated systems.
- Production Targets: Maintain a consistent, rapid work pace to meet or exceed daily processing quotas during the 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM shift.
- Workflow Management: Organize and track batches of processed materials to ensure they move efficiently through the fulfillment lifecycle.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors and ensure 100% completion of repetitive tasks.
- Manual Dexterity: Comfort performing repetitive hand motions and maintaining focus for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of following through on shift commitments and maintaining high attendance standards.
- Operational Integrity: Ability to handle physical assets securely and follow all established safety and processing protocols.
