Randstad is seeking a mechanically minded and detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join the team of a premier industrial client in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional who excels at hands-on work and wants to transition into a technical production environment. The ideal candidate isn’t just looking for a general labor role; we are looking for someone who is proficient in working with hand tools and has the foundational ability to read blueprints or technical assembly drawings to build high-quality machinery.



salary: $20 - $25 per hour

work hours: 12 AM - 8 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Utilize a variety of hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools to assemble mechanical components according to project requirements.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure parts are aligned and fastened correctly.
  
  
• Quality Inspection: Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they match blueprint specifications and meet the company’s high quality-control standards.
  
  
• Machine Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery and assembly equipment to assist in the production process.
  
  
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
