- Machine Operation: Set up and operate various manufacturing machines such as filling, scenting, and packaging equipment.
- Compliance: Strictly follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on manufactured products and record scrap waste accurately.
- Documentation: Maintain precise production records, including manufactured counts and machine settings.
- Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve production issues and optimize machine performance.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to 5S standards.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in the printing, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industries.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
