Responsibilities

In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will assemble and test parts and valves from start to finish by following Test Control Plans, VCP/PCP requirements, and engineering drawings . Your day will include receiving and verifying parts for each order, setting up computers and test machines based on the TCP (with lead support), and completing assembly orders while meeting company quality and productivity standards ⚙️. You will accurately separate passed and failed parts, document work on daily or weekly worksheets, and prepare components for the next production step . This role also requires working closely with teammates and leaders to troubleshoot issues, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and strictly following all safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements . strong attention to detail, the ability to stay on task, follow written and verbal instructions in English, and effectively partner with another team member are essential for success in this position.
