Key Responsibilities
- Assembly: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble components accurately.
- Quality Control: Perform frequent checks on output to ensure it meets company quality standards and report any defects to the supervisor.
- Tool Operation: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery (e.g., soldering irons, drill presses, or torque wrenches).
- Inventory Management: Monitor workstation supply levels and alert the procurement team when stock is low.
- Maintenance: Keep a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
