Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and performance tests on aerospace electrical systems and components.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, wiring, and assemblies using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Set up and operate test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
- Perform system-level and component-level testing in accordance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
- Document test results, failure analysis, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Associate’s degree or certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Technician in the aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
