The Role at a Glance In this role, you will be the primary person ensuring our metal framing is produced to exact specifications. You’ll use a variety of tools—from wrenches and gauges to computerized controls—to keep the line running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Perform tooling setups and line changeovers on roll form machines.
- Quality Control: Check finished goods for quality, width, and length to ensure they meet dimensional tolerances.
- Maintenance: Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on equipment and keep a detailed log.
- Material Handling: Operate band saws, drills, and grinders, and manage material inventory by filling out coil tags correctly.
- Safety: Operate all equipment under strict safety requirements while wearing necessary protective gear like goggles and gloves.
- Shift: Second Shift (Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
- Location: Bow, NH (In-person)
- Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Status: Full-time
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push heavy materials around the factory.
- Dexterity: High level of skill and manual dexterity in operating machines and tools.
- Experience: While 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred, this is an entry-level opening.

Responsibilities
Maintains setup charts for all sets of roll form tooling.
Performs tooling setup and line changeover on roll form machine to
produce metal framing to spec.
Performs setup/equipment adjustments as necessary to maintain
dimensional tolerances of material being produced.
Performs routine/scheduled maintenance on all roll form line equipment,
keeping a log of all maintenance performed.
Trains other employees in basic roll form operation and support function.
Sets up and operates machines to produce specified components. Makes
minor machine adjustments to ensure satisfactory production.
Operates equipment under strict safety requirements.
Properly fill out coil tags, ensuring footage is correct to aid with inventory.
Check finished goods for quality, width, and length.
