Are you a skilled equipment operator who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a reliable Material Handler Associate to join our team in Bow, NH. This role is essential to our daily operations, requiring a blend of physical stamina, technical equipment operation, and digital order management.
Position Details
- Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday
- Location: Bow, NH
- Hiring Process: No background screenings required; qualified candidates will be invited for an interview.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and lifts to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, band, and prep outgoing deliveries for transport.
- Logistics & Data Entry: Use our ERP system to manage inventory, add items to packing lists, and print shipping labels.
- Loading: Efficiently load outgoing delivery trucks, ensuring loads are secure and balanced.
- Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to all safety requirements while operating heavy machinery.
- Strength: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull heavy materials across the plant.
- Endurance: Ability to stand for up to 4 hours with constant walking and pivoting on hard concrete surfaces.
- Versatility: Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor temperatures throughout the year.
- Equipment Expertise: Proven experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate ERP software for shipping and inventory tasks.
- Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy in picking orders and maintaining safety standards.
