We are seeking a skilled Assembler & Team Lead to join our production team. This role requires a blend of high-precision technical assembly and leadership to ensure manufacturing goals are met with excellence. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Requirements and Qualifications ✅

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of quality inspection or assembly experience.
  
  
• Leadership: Proven experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role, with the ability to create focus and be solution-oriented.
  
  
• Technical Skills: * strong skills in plumbing assembly and mechanical fitting.
  
  
  • Proficiency in wiring electrical motors and junction boxes.
    
    
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data such as prints and specifications.
    
    
  • Proficiency in using specialized hand and power tools.
    
    
• Physical Requirements: Must have excellent vision; specifically, candidates must not be color blind to ensure accurate electrical wiring.
  
  
• Work Style: Must be a self-starter able to work independently in a workshop environment with minimal direction.
  
  
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information to both technical and non-technical audience

Responsibilities

• Production Leadership: Supervise and mentor the assembly team to maintain high productivity and preserve the integrity of production.
• Large-Scale Assembly: Build large mechanical assemblies, focusing on plumbing assembly and the fitting of mechanical components.
  
  
• Electrical Integration: Wire electrical motors and electrical junction boxes.
  
  
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work performed meets quality standards, such as AS9100/AS9110, and is accomplished according to technical prints and defined processes.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Lead root cause identification and suggest improvements to procedures related to the quality management system.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Quality Management to receive guidance on tasks and ensure work meets customer requirements.
