We are looking for an Overnight Warehouse Manager to lead our over night shift in a fast-paced food production environment. You will be the "captain of the ship" during these critical hours, ensuring that our production lines are supplied, inventory is accurate, and safety standards are strictly followed. Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 8–10 warehouse associates. Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and real-time coaching.
  
  
• Operational Flow: Oversee the receiving of raw ingredients and the staging of finished goods for morning departures.
  
  
• Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all SQF, HACCP, and OSHA standards. Maintain a "tour-ready" clean environment at all times.
  
  
• Inventory Integrity: Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  
  
• Cold Chain Management: Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to ensure product quality and safety are never compromised.
