We are looking for a Field Service Technician to manage a local territory, providing top-tier maintenance and repairs for a wide range of material handling equipment, from high-reach aerial lifts to heavy-duty forklifts and utility vehicles.

- On-Site Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and repairing forklifts, floor care equipment, and aerial lifts at various customer locations.
- Customer Partnership: Acting as a professional consultant, explaining repairs, and identifying value-added solutions to help your customers succeed.
- Mobile Shop Management: Maintaining your own parts inventory and managing digital work orders with ease.
- Safety First: Leading by example with hazard assessments and a commitment to a zero-accident workplace.

Responsibilities
- On-Site Service: Travel to customer locations to perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on a variety of industrial fleets.
- Customer Consultation: Troubleshoot equipment issues and confer with customers to obtain approval before commencing repairs.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and manage a personal parts inventory within your service van.
- Digital Reporting: Coordinate and report on all jobs via a company laptop, ensuring all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
- Business Development: Act as a brand ambassador by identifying and offering additional value-added services or equipment based on customer needs.
- Safety Leadership: Actively promote and lead safety initiatives, performing hazard assessments for every job and maintaining a high standard of quality control.
