We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our indoor environmental services team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving building wellness through expert HVAC cleaning, air quality optimization, and environmental remediation. You will work on-site at commercial, industrial, and residential properties to ensure heating and cooling systems are operating at peak efficiency and providing clean air for occupants. Responsibilities

• HVAC & Duct Services: Perform comprehensive cleaning of air ducts, coils, and condensate pans. Replace HVAC insulation and apply air duct sealing as needed.
  
  
• Environmental Remediation: Assist with mold remediation and microbial control cleaning following industry safety standards.
  
  
• Specialized Cleaning: Execute high-level cleaning tasks, including computer room sub-floor cleaning, laundry/toilet exhaust systems, and kitchen exhaust systems.
  
  
• Inspections: Conduct moisture, thermal infrared, and robotic video inspections to diagnose system issues or structural concerns.
  
  
• Life Safety Services: Perform inspections of fire and smoke dampers, fire doors, and assist with firestop installations.
  
  
• Restoration: Support water and fire damage restoration projects, including debris removal and equipment setup.
  
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize company vehicles and specialized tools (borescopes, power washers, and vacuum systems).
