Role Overview
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient flow of goods through our facility. This includes receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping. You will play a critical role in ensuring order accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical goods, and inspect for damages.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks
- Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipping labels (UPS/FedEx/LTL) and document outgoing freight.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
