The Best of Both Worlds Unlike traditional long-haul roles, this position offers a perfect balance between driving and warehouse operations. You won’t just be behind a wheel all day; you’ll be an integral part of our local logistics and shipping team.
What Your Day Looks Like: This role is split approximately 50% Driving and 50% Warehouse Operations.
- Local Driving: You will handle routes that are typically 1 to 1.5 hours in distance. You can forget about the stress of OTR or regional routes—there is no overnight travel involved.
- Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving: When you aren't on the road, you will be in our South St. Pete facility managing inventory. This includes loading and unloading trucks and operating a forklift to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Set Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. You can finally plan your weekends and evenings with confidence.
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities
Driving (50%):
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local deliveries and pickups.
Manage routes effectively; typical drive times are 1 to 1.5 hours per trip.
No overnight travel—this is a local role that gets you home every day.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation.
Warehouse & Logistics (50%):
Execute shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing freight is accurate.
Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently.
Manually load and unload trucks as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
