- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or Food/Beverage processing preferred).
- Math Proficiency: Must possess math skills (decimals, fractions, conversions) to ensure formula accuracy.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow complex formulation instructions and safety data sheets (SDS).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs is a plus. Please submit your resume detailing your relevant manufacturing and weighing experience. Qualified candidates will be contacted for an initial phone screening.

Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials (liquids, actives, and powders) strictly following the Master Batch Records.
- Record all weights, lot numbers, and material verification data clearly on batch tickets to ensure full GMP compliance.
- Safe operation of pallet jacks, drum lifts, and handling of heavy liquid drums/totes.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of weigh rooms, scoops, and scales between batches to ensure zero cross-contamination.
- Verify raw material labels against batch sheets before weighing and return excess stock to the warehouse with proper tagging.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing respirators, gloves, safety shoes, and eye protection.
