Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on industrial production equipment (conveyors, fillers, packaging lines, and mixers).
- PLC & Controls: Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), VFDs, HMIs, and various sensor technologies.
- Compliance: Execute all tasks in strict accordance with SOPs and cGMP standards, maintaining a clean and audit-ready work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all maintenance activities within our CMMS to ensure full traceability.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled PMs and calibrations on precision instrumentation and high-speed rotary equipment.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, including LOTO, Arc Flash safety, and PPE requirements.
- Experience: 3+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing setting (Pharmaceutical, Food/Beverage, or Medical Device preferred).
- Technical Mastery: strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems.
- PLC Knowledge: Proven ability to navigate PLC ladder logic to identify root causes of downtime.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented with a "Quality First" approach to documentation and equipment reliability.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Technical degree or Journeyman card is a plus.
