Step into a high-impact, hybrid role where you’ll be the central link for a premier Latin American food and beverage distributor! As an Order & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll drive the business from the front office—mastering Odoo ERP and Excel to manage invoicing, payments, and P&L reports—while staying connected to the product through occasional hands-on picking and packing in the warehouse. Working a dynamic 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, you’ll partner directly with sales reps to ensure every order is seamless from the first click to the final shipment. Responsibilities

• Order Management & Invoicing: Act as the primary link between sales representatives and the warehouse to process customer orders accurately within the Odoo ERP system.
  
  
• Communication: Utilize English and Spanish fluency to clarify order details with sales reps, resolve shipping discrepancies, and provide status updates to diverse stakeholders.
  
  
• Financial Administration: Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including generating invoices, posting customer payments, and processing credits or returns.
  
  
• Performance Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of P&L (Profit & Loss) reports and daily transaction recaps to monitor business unit performance.
  
  
• Inventory & Data Control: Maintain a "single source of truth" in Odoo by conducting regular inventory checks and resolving stock level discrepancies to prevent shortages.
  
  
• Hybrid Warehouse Support: Perform occasional picking and packing of food and beverage products, ensuring orders are inspected for quality and prepared securely for shipment.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Review purchase orders and shipping documents to confirm that quantities and pricing align with agreed-upon terms before dispatch.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace during time spent on the floor.
