Responsibilities
- Precision Weighing: Accurately weigh out chemicals, powders, and liquids in quantities ranging from grams to hundreds of kilograms using industrial scales.
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous batch records and logs in accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Material Handling: Safely transport raw materials from the warehouse to the weighing station using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Inventory Integrity: Monitor raw material levels and report discrepancies; ensure all containers are properly labeled and sealed.
- Sanitation: Maintain a sterile and organized "clean room" environment; sanitize equipment and weighing tools between batches to prevent cross-contamination.
