- Experience: 1+ years of experience as an Order Picker or Selector in a high-volume warehouse.
- Equipment: Experience or certification in operating Pallet Jacks or Stand-up Forklifts is highly preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for an entire 8-hour shift.
- Detail-Oriented: A "picky" mindset toward quality control and order accuracy
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Selection: Locate and retrieve products using RF Scanners or Voice-to-Pick technology to match SKUs, quantities, and sizes.
- Order Preparation: Build, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets securely for transport, ensuring heavy items are at the base to maintain load integrity.
- Inventory Control: Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to management and assist with inventory replenishment as needed.
- Documentation: Verify pick tickets and maintain accurate records of completed orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment.
