Responsibilities
- Assembly & Packaging: execute assembly tasks such as capping, labeling, and inserting products into containers as they move down the conveyor line.
- Box Folding & Packing: Rapidly fold product boxes, insert finished items, and pack them into master cartons for shipping.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform "light visual" inspections on all products to ensure labels are straight, caps are tight, and packaging is free of scratches or dents.
- Meeting Targets: Consistently hit hourly and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for unit production to strictly maintain the manufacturing schedule.
- GMP & SOP Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including wearing required PPE (hairnets, gloves, lab coats) and maintaining a sanitized workspace.
- Sanitation: Assist in line clearance, cleaning, and sanitization duties at the start and end of shifts to prevent cross-contamination.
