Responsibilities

We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator to support daily logistics operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. This role tracks shipments, communicates with carriers, resolves delivery issues, and ensures accurate transportation documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

Track and monitor shipments in transit

Communicate with carriers and shippers

Resolve delivery issues, delays, and damages

Handle transportation-related customer concerns

Audit freight bills for accuracy

Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred

Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree a plus
