- High School Diploma.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and a clean driving record that meets insurance requirements.
- Ability to travel for product deliveries, up to 7 days at a time, including weekends.
- Ability to travel with short notice for disaster response, up to 30 days at a time.
- Ability to operate forklifts of different sizes and capacities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Physical ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in speaking and reading English.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.
- Demonstrated experience as a technician or in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and generator systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities
As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our equipment is always ready for action. Your duties will include:
- Performing cleaning, maintenance, and repairs on generator, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Becoming proficient in deploying and operating all types of generators, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Repairing or replacing faulty components and systems as needed.
- Installing and configuring new equipment and systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensuring complete compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Providing technical support and training to staff.
- Staying current with industry developments and technologies.
- Performing other duties as necessary to support operations.
