Core Responsibilities
1. Technical Assembly & Precision
- Read and Interpret Documentation: Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure products are built to exact specifications.
- Component Integration: Position, align, and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, or adhesives.
- Tool Operation: Proficiently use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches) and power tools (drills, pneumatic nailers, soldering irons).
- Inspection: Conduct regular "in-process" quality checks to identify defects or errors early in the build.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and report malfunctions in the assembly line or inconsistencies in the components provided.
- Equipment Care: Perform basic maintenance on tools and keep the workstation clean and organized (5S standards).
