Responsibilities
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (OT every other Saturday 9am -1pm). 2nd shift comes with a $3 shift diff
Pay: $30 - $35 ($62.4k - $72.8k) - depending on experience
Duties:
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to work orders to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures across specialized production equipment, including coaters, laminators, printers, and presses.
- Perform comprehensive facility maintenance, including structural repairs and grounds upkeep, to ensure a safe and operational environment.
- Lead equipment enhancement projects by installing, modifying, and upgrading machinery to improve efficiency and output.
- Maintain a culture of safety by keeping workspaces organized (5S) and adhering to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.
- Collaborate in a small team environment (2-person 2nd shift) to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
