The Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of our packaging equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and are produced on schedule.
salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Prepare machinery for production runs, including loading raw materials and adjusting settings according to batch tickets.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications (visual checks, measurements, or basic lab tests).
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow OSHA and [GMP/ISO] safety guidelines.
- Documentation: Accurately record production data, material usage, and downtime in our digital or paper logs.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and report mechanical issues or inconsistencies in the compounding process.
