Responsibilities
- Assembled complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to high-purity protocols and ISO standards.
- Interpreted technical schematics, CAD drawings, and blueprints to perform precision mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and vacuum component integration.
- Utilized precision hand tools (torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers) and specialized diagnostic equipment to ensure all sub-assemblies met tight tolerance specifications.
- Executed Shipping & Receiving of high-value, sensitive components, ensuring all parts were "kitted" correctly for the assembly line and tracked via ERP systems.
- Performed quality inspections and functional testing on completed assemblies, identifying and troubleshooting non-conformances to maintain Applied Materials’ 100% quality rating.
