We offer a laid-back, performance-driven environment where the focus is on hitting deadlines, not watching the clock.
The Role: Autonomy in Action You aren't just a "button pusher." You’ll own the full lifecycle of your runs on Haas machines. Your typical breakdown looks like:
- 25% Programming: Utilizing Fusion 360 (preferred) or SolidWorks.
- 55% Operation & 10% Setup: Getting 3 and 4-axis machines dialed in and running efficiently.
- 10% Quality Control: Taking ownership of first-article and ongoing inspections using calipers and micrometers.
- Maintenance: Keeping your station running smooth (warm-ups, changeovers, and greasing).
- Salary: $50k – $70k (based on your experience).
- True 1st Shift Flexibility: We avoid overtime. While it’s a standard 1st shift, our team has the freedom to "come and go" as needed, provided the work is done on time.
- The Benefits: Aetna Health, Dental, and Vision + 401k with a standard match.
- Time Off: 10 days accrued PTO + all major holidays (we even took Super Bowl Sunday off last year).
- The Perks: When we hit our production goals, lunch is on Josh.
- Independence: You work best with minimal oversight and can prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Mastery: You are a pro with drills, end mills, and precision measuring tools.
- Experience: Specifically with Haas machines and 3/4-axis setups.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in a clean QC report and a perfect setup.
The Tour: Meet the team and see the shop to ensure we’re a good cultural fit.
The Test Run: A 2–3 hour "Print-to-QC" evaluation. If you have the time, we can often do this the same day as the tour.
The Offer: We extend offers based on your independence and skill during the test run.
