This role is built for the "expert orchestrator"—someone who can balance the rhythmic precision of a production line with the rapid-fire demands of supply chain. If you’re a natural leader who thrives on autonomy and knows how to keep a team energized through the finish line, we’re ready to hire you now.
The Evening Mission:
- The Helm: You are the go-to authority on the floor, managing 10+ associates to ensure peak performance and safety.
- The Intersection: Seamlessly manage the hand-off from 1st shift, ensuring production quotas and 3PL shipping windows never miss a beat.
- The Evolution: Don't just watch the clock; watch the process. We value leaders who bring "Lean" thinking to the floor to maximize time and effort.
- The System: Use SAP to maintain real-time visibility and keep our global client in the loop.
- Hybrid Expertise: You’ve spent significant time in the trenches of both production and 3PL/Logistics. You understand how one impacts the other.
- Leadership Gravity: You have the presence to lead a large crew and the flexibility to pivot when automotive deadlines shift.
- Technical Sharpness: You're comfortable with SAP and data-driven decision-making.
