The Warehouse Customer Service & Dispatch Clerk serves as the vital link between our warehouse floor, transportation carriers, and our customers. This role is responsible for the final stage of the order lifecycle: ensuring orders are accurately packaged, dispatched via the correct carrier, and tracked until they reach the customer. You will be the primary operator of our shipping systems (UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager) and the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding delivery status.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shipping & Logistics Operations
- Process all daily outbound shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and other LTL freight platforms.
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOL), and international customs documentation.
- Inspect outgoing packages for accuracy, ensuring correct SKUs, quantities, and secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Maintain an organized "Staging & Dispatch" area for daily carrier pickups.
