About the Role
Are you a morning person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are a growing meat production facility in Hicksville looking for a reliable Quality Control Specialist to join our team. You will be the eyes and ears of our production floor, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Perform daily pre-operational inspections of equipment and facility cleanliness.
- Product Testing: Monitor meat temperatures, weights, and packaging seals to ensure compliance with USDA standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs and records of quality checks.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure all staff are following proper hygiene and safety protocols

- Problem Solving: Identify and report any product defects or inconsistencies to the production manager immediately.
