- Experience: 6+ months of experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or fulfillment center preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to comfortably use handheld scanners and basic warehouse computer systems.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to meet "picks-per-hour" targets without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately select items from warehouse shelves using RF Scanners or digital pick tickets.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Professional Packing: Box, wrap, and secure products using appropriate dunnage (bubble wrap, paper, etc.) to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling & Sorting: Apply shipping labels correctly and sort packages by carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) or destination.
- Station Maintenance: Keep your packing station clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies to maintain maximum efficienc
