Responsibilities
- Manage the plant sanitation program by reviewing, maintaining and updating Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
- Responsible for training all plant associates on proper cleaning practices
- Responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing the Master Sanitation and the master Cleaning schedules
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of all cleaning products, incase of need
- Coordinate all internal Food Safety Self Inspections and Corrective Action plans
- Assist in all third party audits in order to facilitate plant readiness and inspection process flow
- Responsible for conducting daily plant inspections for cleanliness and food safety hazards
- Work closely with operations team leaders in order to ensure that corrective and preventive actions as related to sanitation and food safety are being implemented and maintained
