- Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance and Repair Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and basic plumbing is required.
- Reliability: A history of good longevity with prior employers and excellent professional references.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen (required by most clients).
