Responsibilities
- Machine Command: Set up and calibrate high-precision aerospace production machinery according to strict technical specifications.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical hiccups mid-shift to maintain flow without sacrificing quality.
- Technical Literacy: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with 100% accuracy.
- Precision Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity.
- Compliance & Safety: Document every step meticulously to meet FAA and aerospace industry standards.
