We are seeking a skilled and certified MIG Welder to join our fabrication team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding various metal components according to specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and structural integrity. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG (Gas Metal Arc) welding on steel, aluminum, and other materials as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process and material requirements.
• Inspect work pieces for defects and conformance to specifications, making necessary adjustments to equipment or technique.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, amperage, and gas flow rates.
• Grind, cut, and prepare metal surfaces for welding.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, adhering to all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
