- Durability: The strength to lift up to 50 lbs and the stamina to stand for your shift.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Production Excellence: Manage full press setup in coordination with Press Assistants and monitor the entire run to maintain elite print quality.
- Equipment Care: Execute routine maintenance schedules to ensure machine dependability and long-term stability.
- Leadership & Safety: Mentor and train team members as needed while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and facility policies.
- Operational Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing cycle times, lowering costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance and other departments on technical validations or special projects.
