Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Leadership: Plan, monitor, and supervise all activities of assigned Team Members while maintaining company policies and high morale.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily customer shipments, verify in-house inventory, and manage MRO for shipping and receiving.
- Toyota Production System (TPS): Ensure compliance with TPS procedures, including standardized work, Kaizen activities, and 5S safety initiatives.
- Hands-on Support: Assist with production control activities such as transporting raw materials, issuing E-kanbans, and preparing finished goods for shipping.
- Administration: Verify payroll hours, attendance, and PTO accruals, and prepare daily production reporting.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED required.
- Experience: Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing is preferred. Minimum of one year in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: General understanding of industrial equipment, software, and mass-production control.
- Core Abilities: problem-solving skills using root cause tools, ability to work any shift/overtime, and proficiency in calculating figures using whole numbers and decimals.
- Certifications: Must be able to safely operate motorized equipment.
salary: $46,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for planning, monitoring and supervising all activities associated with Team Members of the logistics area.
- Will coordinate all work activities of other hourly associates as necessary.
- Responsible for line productivity, safety, quality and other performance indicators in coordination with the area Group Leader.
- Maintain and control of packaging materials.
- Transfers completed parts (in-house logistics) to finished goods areas/dunnage areas.
- Prepares finished goods and other materials for shipping
- Must be able to successfully lead and function within a team environment and be able to adapt to change.
