We are seeking a reliable Production Team Lead to join our Nashua-based manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the final stages of our production process—ensuring every product meets our high cosmetic standards before it hits the shipping dock.
This is a perfect fit for a hands-on leader who enjoys a mix of technical work (blueprint reading and part finishing) and mentoring others in a collaborative, safety-first environment.

Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Conducted 100% cosmetic and structural inspections to ensure zero non-conformities.
- Precision Finishing: Used hand tools (picks, files, chisels) to remove excess metal and refine parts.
- Technical Literacy: Interpreted complex work instructions and executed precise part marking.
- Logistics & Packing: Wrapped finished goods and secured parts in shipping containers for transport.
- Team Leadership: Supervised department production to maintain high quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Training: Mentored new hires on company work standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Facilities Maintenance: Managed workstation housekeeping and reported equipment defects or safety hazards to management.
