Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate parts purchasing and maintain inventory levels for fleet and equipment repairs.
- Place parts and supply orders and search pricing options/suppliers for best value.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts, supplies, and shop tools.
- Receive shipments, verify packing lists and invoices, and track usage for reordering.
- Maintain purchase logs and related documentation, and support equipment/fleet service recordkeeping.
- Organize storage shelves, assist mechanics, and maintain a clean and organized shop area.
