Responsibilities
- Mechanical Assembly: You will perform mechanical assembly and integrate components to build LED and Xenon light sources.
- Precision Work: You will follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and production schedules to complete builds.
- Component Care: You must handle delicate electronic components and optics with extreme care to ensure proper alignment and connection.
- Testing & Inspection: You will conduct functional tests and visual inspections to verify that assembled units meet performance specifications.
- Quality Control: You are responsible for identifying quality issues, documenting findings, and initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Detailed Record Keeping: You will complete assembly logs, production documentation, and quality records accurately to ensure full traceability.
- Safety & Organization: You must adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean, orderly workstation.
