Are you a hands-on maker with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a focused and energetic Sub-Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be a key part of creating high-quality medical lighting devices by assembling intricate components with precision. If you have a steady hand, a mechanical mind, and a drive to build things that matter, we want to meet you!

You’ll work in a quiet, clean, and air-conditioned manufacturing facility with a team that values quality and collaboration.



salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Build essential medical device sub-components like turret assemblies, spring adapters, and headbands.
• Quality & Accuracy: Follow standard operating procedures and use tools like calipers and rulers to ensure every part is perfect.
• Machine Operation: Get hands-on with basic machinery and pad printing equipment (don't worry, we provide the training!).
• Focus & Dexterity: Work with small, delicate components that require manual dexterity and a focus on repetitive accuracy.
• Team Success: Maintain a clean workspace while hitting production goals and communicating effectively with your peers

The essential functions of this role include:
