- xperience: 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Food, Beverage, or Pharma preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of motors, gearboxes, bearings, and electrical control systems.
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of GMP and food safety protocols.
- Tools: Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multi-meters).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a production environment.

Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on conveyors, blenders, fillers, and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Facility Support: Assist with general facility repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and basic building maintenance.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure all work is performed in accordance with SQF, OSHA, and FDA guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement equipment modifications to increase efficiency and safety.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond quickly to line breakdowns to restore production in a timely manner.
