We are seeking a high-performing Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lexington region, responsible for ensuring maximum production uptime through the expert repair and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. In this role, you will perform essential preventative maintenance, diagnose complex machinery malfunctions using tools like multimeters, and interpret technical blueprints or schematics to execute precise repairs. We are looking for a safety-minded professional with 2–5 years of verifiable industrial experience who can lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively across various shifts to support our manufacturing goals.

salary: $37,000 - $51,000 per year

Responsibilities

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, the primary focus is ensuring the continuous operation of complex manufacturing and injection molding systems. This involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical failures to minimize production downtime and maintain facility safety standards. Key duties include performing scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting automated machinery, and utilizing technical schematics to resolve root-cause issues. Additionally, the role requires managing spare parts inventory, documenting all repairs, and adhering to strict lockout/tagout safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
