What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve our Environmental, Health & Safety programs from the ground up
- Be the go-to expert for OSHA, EPA, and NYS compliance
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and hands-on training sessions
- Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to embed safety into everyday operations
- 3+ years of EHS leadership experience in industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- Solid knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- English & Spanish (preferred)
- Confident communicator and safety champion
- EHS certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) are a plus

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action plans.
- Deliver EHS training programs for employees, supervisors, and management, including onboarding and ongoing safety education.
- Manage environmental compliance programs related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for regulatory agencies and internal leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to integrate safety into daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.
