Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pharmaceutical packaging equipment
  
  
• Support ACG blister machines and related packaging lines
  
  
• Diagnose mechanical issues and execute corrective actions
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and SOPs
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and mechanical drawings
  
  
• Use hand tools to adjust, repair, and replace components
  
  
• Document work performed in accordance with FDA and GMP requirements
  
  
• Work closely with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
  
  

Requirments:

• Background as a packaging or maintenance mechanic in pharma, nutra or regulated manufacturing
• Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose issues independently
  
  
• Comfortable working in an FDA/GMP environment with documentation requirements
  
  
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on equipment throughout the shift
  
  
• Attention to detail and safety awareness
