Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues to maximize equipment uptime.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Advanced Systems: Troubleshoot programmable controllers (PLCs), electronics, circuit analysis, and heavy industrial wiring.
- Fabrication & Install: Modify and fabricate equipment and systems to meet evolving production needs.
- Component Repair: Rebuild electrical and mechanical components using various test equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate maintenance status across shifts and participate in safety and quality continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience troubleshooting overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, and variable speed drives.
- Electrical Expertise: industrial electrical experience is required.
- Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
- Tech Savvy: Computer literate and familiar with Windows Operating Systems.
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
