Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• QMS Ownership: Maintain and improve the AS9100D/ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  
  
• Audit Management: Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring timely closeout of all findings.
  
  
• CAPA & RCA: Drive the Corrective Action system; lead root cause investigations (5 Whys, Fishbone) and verify effectiveness.
  
  
• Compliance & Documentation: Own the master document register, revision controls, and translation of ITAR/DFARS/MIL-spec requirements into internal SOPs.
  
  
• Data Reporting: Track and report on quality KPIs (Yield, CAR rates, FAI success) to the executive team.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing quality systems.
  
  
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of AS9100D, AS9102 (FAI), and ERP-based quality modules.
  
  
• Audit Proficiency: Proven track record of leading successful external and regulatory audits.
  
  
• Leadership: Ability to coach cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (AS9100 or ISO 9001).
  
  
• Experience with NADCAP, ITAR, and DFARS compliance.
  
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar CI credentials.
