The Roadmap to Your Success We believe in setting you up for victory. Your first few months will be dedicated to immersive Warehouse Training, ensuring you understand the heartbeat of our operations before transitioning into customer-facing responsibilities.
- Phase 1: Operations Training – Learn the ropes of order pulling, managing incoming/outgoing shipments, and mastering the distribution flow.
- Phase 2: Administrative Excellence – Dive into Terminal Digit filing systems, indexing, and utilizing our specialized software.
- Phase 3: Customer Care – Transition into a pivotal role, serving as the bridge between the warehouse and our valued clients. Via telephone and Zoom calls
- Experience: A proven track record in warehouse and office settings. We value longevity and are looking for candidates who have grown with their previous employers.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel is required. If you have experience with SAP systems, that is a major plus!

Responsibilities
Customer Care/Warehouse: The daily tasks and responsibilities of the Customer Care Agent/Warehouse role would include contacting customers on a daily basis via phone, email as well as zoom as well as creating orders for customers that the initiate would receive by email or by phone call from the customer and/or handling their questions or concerns with their account. The customer care agent would be trained on how to complete other essential tasks like open billing, updating primary contact information or invoice information, providing the customer with inventory reports or invoices from VitalTrac4 and other customer care requests. In the event of finding downtime from these tasks, the customer care agent would participate in helping to refile boxes and/or files by creating the "File-in" access sheets which are used to scan files and boxes back "in" to the system/warehouse and/or pulling orders for the afternoon or any emergency delivery. Emergency deliveries are required to be processed and delivered within 3 hours but they do not happen frequently.
