Core Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Setup, operation, and teardown of SMT placement machines.
- Quality Inspection: Perform visual inspections of solder paste and component placement to ensure IPC standards are met.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic feeder issues or machine errors to maintain production flow.
- Component Handling: Identify and load components (reels, trays, tubes) according to Bill of Materials (BOM) and setup sheets.
- Experienced: Proven background operating SMT equipment (experience with brands like Juki, Samsung, Mydata, or similar is a plus).
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to work with extremely small components and complex PCB layouts.
- Reliable: Looking for a consistent 1st-shift schedule with a Monday-Friday routine.

Responsibilities
** SMT Operator experienced in all aspects of SMT Machine Assembly to include, set up, loading and unloading of feeders, stencil printing utilizing both manual and automatic stencil printing equipment and operating reflow ovens.
** Familiar with Mydata Pickand Place Equipment or equivalent. Experience with Quad (PPM) Pick and Place Equipment is helpful but not required.
** Ability to verify solder paste deposit and component alignment to industry standards.
**Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
**Ability to read and comprehend all documentation including drawings and
process instruction sheets
Experience with manually placing SMT Parts on paste as needed is preferred. Good Manual dexterity, eyesight and ability to work under a microscope as needed is required to ensure proper placement.
Qualifications
** High School Diploma or Equivalent plus minimum of 2 years SMT Operator experience
** Must have basic computer knowledge
